Your Night-by-Night ACC Week Lineup at Tessie's
Every July, the world tips sideways and slides toward a golf course on the south shore of Lake Tahoe. Pro athletes, movie stars, quarterbacks, the occasional Hall of Famer — they all turn up at Edgewood for the American Century Championship. The golf happens in daylight. The good part happens after.
If you are hunting for things to do in South Lake Tahoe at night during championship week, stop scrolling. Tessie's Cocktails & Chords — the new live-music cocktail lounge inside Caesars Republic Lake Tahoe — is built for exactly this week. Live bands every single night. Cocktails poured with a heavy hand. A room with enough volume to feel in your ribs. ACC week is loud by nature. We just gave it a headquarters. Here is your week.

Where to Spend Your Nights in South Lake Tahoe During ACC Week
Championship week brings a particular kind of energy to the south shore. The daytime belongs to Edgewood — the celebrity golf, the gallery ropes, the sunburns. The nighttime belongs to whoever throws the best party. This year, that is not a question.
Make no mistake about who fills this room during championship week. Golf fans fresh off the gallery. Players who shot 82 and need a drink about it. Locals who know a good night when they see one. Visitors who came for the tournament and stayed for the music. It is a crowd with stories, and Tessie's is the kind of place where those stories get told a little louder than they should be. That is the energy of the week. We just supply the soundtrack and the ice.
Tessie's opens its doors to the public on July 2, just days before the tournament tees off. By the time the first celebrity dunks one in the lake, we will already be warmed up — bar stocked, stage lit, regulars installed. We are a live-music lounge first and a cocktail bar second, though we take both very seriously. Solo artists go on around 8 PM. The full bands hit the stage near 10 and play until 1 AM. Seven nights a week. No filler, no playlists, no laptop DJ pretending. Real bands, real volume.
What that means for ACC week: you do not have to plan your nights. You just have to show up. Every evening of championship week has its own lineup, its own headliner, its own reason to stay out too late. Want the full picture before you go? Our live music lineup lays out who is playing and when, and the hours and location page tells you exactly where to find us inside the resort. Tahoe has needed a room like this for a long time. ACC week is just when the rest of the world finds out.

The Legend Behind the Loudest Room in Tahoe
Here is something the golf crowd may not know. Lake Tahoe has a monster.
Her name is Tahoe Tessie, and she has been the lake's best-kept rumor for generations — a long shadow under the surface, a story locals tell with a straight face and a slight grin. We named the bar after her. Not because we think she is real. Because we think a great bar should feel the way that legend feels: like the deep water might be hiding something worth finding.
Tessie's lives inside Caesars Republic Lake Tahoe, but it does not behave like a hotel bar. No piano nobody is playing. No polite background jazz. Tessie's is the after-hours room — the one with the loud band, the louder regulars, and a bartender who already knows what you should order next. We are built by Clique Hospitality, the group behind some of the best nights you have had in Las Vegas, and we brought that instinct up the mountain with us.
ACC week is a celebrity week. Famous faces, big personalities, cameras everywhere. Tessie's is the place those nights end up — not because we chase the spotlight, but because the music is good, the drinks are honest, and nobody is keeping score. Curious how the whole thing came together? The story behind Tessie's is worth a read before you walk in.

What to Know Before You Show Up
Tessie's is a 21-and-over room. Bring an ID, bring a friend, leave the schedule at home. Here is the practical stuff so championship week runs smooth.
Hours. We are open from 11 AM to late, every single day. Roll in for a drink after a morning at Edgewood, or wait for the bands and make a real night of it. Either works.
Where we are. Tessie's sits inside Caesars Republic Lake Tahoe at 18 US-50 in Stateline, Nevada — right on the state line, walking distance from Heavenly Village. Park at the resort and follow the sound.
Reservations. ACC week is the busiest week on the south shore calendar, and Tessie's is brand new. Weeknights you can usually walk in early. Once the bands start, space gets tight fast. Coming with a crew — and during championship week, everybody is — reserve ahead. Bigger group, a bachelor party that wandered into town for the golf, a company outing? Our private events team can build the night around you.
Dress code. There is not one, really. Tessie's runs rock-and-roll, not black-tie. Come off the course, come off the boat, come straight from a concert. Just come ready to stay.

Your Night-by-Night ACC Week Lineup at Tessie's
Every night of championship week has its own headliner. Here is how the week shapes up.
Monday, July 6 — Ribbon Cutting. Tessie's makes it official, and the after-party does not mess around: a full band on stage and the first real roar of championship week.
Tuesday, July 7 — Full Band Night. A full band takes the late slot and holds it. Midweek, mid-tournament, and already loud.
Wednesday, July 8 — ACC Kickoff After-Party. The big midweek event: a kickoff after-party with a special celebrity guest host and a band that knows how to fill a room.
Thursday, July 9 — Sailing Club Launches. Tahoe's new yacht rock night makes its debut. The house band takes the stage at 10 PM and plays the smooth-sailing classics with zero chill. Get the full story on Sailing Club.
Friday, July 10 — The 442s. A full band, a packed weekend room, championship Friday in full swing.
Saturday, July 11 — The Grand Opening Party. The loudest night of the week. A full band, the whole room, the official Grand Opening of Tessie's Cocktails & Chords.
Sunday, July 12 — Sunday Session. Championship week winds down the right way: a full-band Sunday Session, locals and visitors in the same room, last call coming slow.
One more thing worth knowing. Caesars Republic Lake Tahoe books A-list concerts all summer long, and Tessie's is the official after-party. If your championship week includes a show, hang onto the ticket stub — bring it to the bar and your concert ticket earns you a buy-one-get-one cocktail. The arena lights come up, the night keeps going, and it keeps going here. See how the concert after-parties work and plan your evenings around them.
